Jefferson, CO
Accommodations: Sleeps 10 individuals or 8 couples in two houses and 8 master bedroom suites (with a few bonus beds). There are also Four bunk beds for kids or overflow.
Fly into: Colorado Springs (COS) or DEN (Denver) Revelation Ranch is 90 minutes west and about an hour from Breckenridge.
Time: Ideally, May - Oct is when the weather is most cooperative. We can use this property at other times but it is risky.Misc: The ranch is at 10,000 feet elevation, drink lots of water. Plenty of room for hiking and fishing on the private stream in the 160 acres.
Lake LBJ (Austin), TX
Accommodations: Sleeps 9 individuals but there is a bunk bed and couches. Could also sleep 8 couples. There are several buildings and can accommodate a few couples but this is better for all guys. Can sleep 10 depending on the configuration.
Fly into: Austin (AUS) but Spencers Pointe is on Lake LBJ which is about 75 minutes from the airport.
Time: Available any time of the year although Fall, Summer and Spring are ideal.
Misc: This property is best used in Summer as to allow for water-sports and fishing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, etc.Spencers Point in Sunrise Beach Village on Lake LBJ.
Glimer, TX
Accommodations: Sleeps 20 individuals and 10 couples.
Fly into: Fly into Dallas Love Field (DAL) or Dallas Fort-Worth Intl (DFW) Wavy S Ranch is 90 minutes East of Dallas.
Time: Available any time of the year although Fall and Spring are ideal. Winters can be cold and summers hot and humid.
Camden, SC
Accommodations: Sleeps 9 individuals. There is a bunk bed and couches. Could also sleep 8 couples.
Fly into: Charlotte (CLT) but the venue is near Camden SC.
Misc: This property is three separate houses around a green space. It has a private lake for paddle boards, kayak, fishing, and swimming. There is a restored barn which is a game room. There is also a swimming pool. There are two 3/3 houses and one 2/2.
Cabo San Lucas, MX
Accommodations: We have two locations available. They are all 2 bedroom units with kitchens, living areas, and balconies. They are all in resorts on the beach. They have a king suite and a room with 2 queens and three bathrooms. They sleep 3 guys or two couples. We have two units at the Villa Estancia and two units at the Grand Fiesta Americana. Ideal trip size is 9 individuals or 6 couples.
Fly into: Cabo San Lucas Airport (SJD)
Time: The ideal time for replenishing in Cabo is off-season, which is June. The second best is Sept and Oct. Although we can go any time, there will be more crowds and an additional charge for housing.
Misc: How many places and which places we use depends on the exact number of people we will be accommodating. Cabo has everything; fishing, beach time, hiking, being tourist, spa treatments, atvs, golf and more. Some activities require an additional cost.
Campeche, MX
Accommodations: Sleeps up to 16 individuals in 8 rooms. When we use this property we rent the whole compound. This includes a private restaraunt, pool and other ammenities. Each room has 2 king or queen beds so it can be utilized for couples.
Fly into: Merida, MX (MID) It is 2 hours from Campeche but the best international airport.
Time: September - March is ideal for weather. The summers are hot.
Misc: s located 20 minutes away from Campeche in a village called Uayamon. There are museums, fishing, exploring, water sports and beaches.
Newport Beach, CA
Accommodations: A three story house located one house away from the sand. It features 5 bedrooms and a top floor balcony with amazing views.
Fly into: There are several options for airports. Your host will determine which of the greater Los Angeles airports is best.
Time: Any time is beach time in Southern California.
Misc: This is a couples trip for four couples only. Each room has a private bathroom and all the amenities. Activities include beach fun, sunbathing, surfing, walks on the boardwalk, biking, shopping and falling in love all over again with your spouse.
Kimberling City (Table Rock Lake), MO
Accommodations: Large two story home overlooking the Table Rock Lake in Kimberling City, MO. The house is not on the lake but a short hike away. The house is 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It sleeps 6 - 8 (2 bunk beds). There is a king bedroom and two queens upstairs with two bathrooms. There are two additional bedrooms downstairs.
Fly into: Recommend SGF (Springfield, MO) but can make arrangements for others close by.
Time: April - May or September - October. You can do summer, but it is slightly humid.
Misc: Boat rental for fishing and skiing are a must. Top of the Rock, and Branson are both fun area adventures.
Nashville (EdenRidge), TN
Accommodations: This unique space offers 5 individually curated cabins that sleep 10 people. Located 1.5 hours from Nashville.
Fly into: Nashville International (BNA)
Time: April - October
Misc: On property there are many activities on property (hiking and fishing) and more just a few minutes away (golf,swimming, mini golf and racquet ball).
Orange Beach, AL
Accommodations: A penthouse suite in the Bella Luna condos on a private venue in Orange Beach. Oversized balconies, hot tub, beach access and 4 primary bedroom suites. This is a RPLNISH Experience for couples only.
Fly into: Mobile, AL Airport (MOB)
Time: Replenishing on the Gulf Shore is an anytime proposition. Although March - June and September and October are best.
Misc: This penthouse is for four couples. Activities include beach fun, fishing, sightseeing, boating, walks on the beach with your spouse and more.
