We have an opportunity to make a one-time purchase and lock in properties in Cabo for the next 40 years.* For a one-time purchase (excluding a small annual maintenance fee), we can
procure the rights to 4 trips per year at the same location at The Grand Fiesta Americana Los
Cabos.**
