Hey Influencers, a few thougths for you as we improve and update our pre-trip process. As you know, we use Shopify to give your trip attendees info before and when they sign up. After they sign up they will become part of a special automated email group for your trip only. They will recive 6 emails based on their sign up date. These email will walk them through some of the details and what to expect on a RPLNISH Experience. These email are based on when each person registers.
Of couse our automated email is no substitute for the personal email and individual text messages you send them.
In summary, here are the best practices for when to have people sign up.
1. Have people sign up 3 months out from your trip start date. If they sign up before that they will still recive all the pre-trip email but they are strategically set up for a 2 month cycle.
2. 48 hours beore your trip; start a text thread and put the following link in it. When they confirm this 48 hours out, it will trigger their Deplenished Quiz and the post-trip email series. If they dont get that you will need make sure they do before the trip ends. Failure to do this will leave they with no during nor post trip details.
3. Be sure to send a personal email or two as well. You will want to schedule a Google Meet or Zoom call about a month out. On this call you can do intros, tell them to read the book (Leading on Empty or whatever other one you decide) and answer any questoins. This will make your initial meet up and your "Coffee Talk" much more enjoyable and keep it short and sweet. Intros can take sooooo long.
4. A text thread needs to be started sometime after the meet up call a month out. you can use that text thread to remind people to register for the Deplenished Quiz on the Alumni page on the booking site. The direct link is below. Once they confirm the Alumni link below and register for that (no cost, just a step to help us set up some automation) they will be set for the post-RPLNISH Experience.
