Ya, so Jones isn't exactly Italian but my maternal great-grandparents were Vietti and Jeanne is from the Salerno line, so we have history. Our extended family is close, we endeavor to keep traditions alive and meaningful, and our kids love our holiday them. We make a sandwich bar, and hand-made Italian sausage (yep, I buy pork shoulders and we cut, grind, season, and case them), we even make our own gnocchi. We make charcuterie and cookies to eat with lots of friends and family. This year we even made braciole.
